The Freshii Juice Cleanse was created by our in-house nutritionist with an optimal and accessible cleansing experience in mind! Our colourful line-up of cold press juices and elixirs are both delicious and effective.
Juicing is a natural way to press your body’s reset button and super-charge your nutrient intake to help you feel your best. Whether you opt for a 1- day, 3- day, or 5- day cleanse, you will recharge your body by consuming nutrient dense, superfood-charged cold pressed juices.
Start each morning with a glass of warm water with lemon (hello vitamin c) to get your detox on.
Drink a juice every 2.5-3 hours in the following order:

In the days leading up to your cleanse, limit alcohol, caffeine, processed food and refined sugar intake. Stock-up on lots of fresh fruits, colorful vegetables, healthy fats, whole grains, lean protein and tons of water. Hydration is key! Looking for dinner inspo the night before your cleanse? We recommend the Freshii Metaboost Salad.

If you feel hungry, first increase the amount of water you are drinking throughout the day. Yes, this includes herbal teas! But also listen to your body: if it’s telling you to eat something, reach for raw or lightly cooked fruits and vegetables. This cleanse is all about feeling your best, so do what feels right to you.

While we normally advocate for getting a good sweat in, strenuous exercise should be avoided in lieu of moderate exercise: light yoga, walking and stretching can all help the detoxification process!

While a cleanse can provide a much needed reset, we’d be remiss if we didn’t share a few cautionary words. Always consult with your doctor before participating in a juice cleanse. We don’t recommend cleansing if you’re pregnant, breastfeeding or under the age of 18. Children can of course enjoy freshii juices in addition to their healthy diet!
